Franklin sits squarely in the turf transition zone — too hot in summer for cool-season grass to look its best, too cold in winter for warm-season grass to stay green. Most of the lawns we treat are tall fescue, which stays green through our winters but needs fall overseeding every year since it doesn’t spread on its own the way bermuda or zoysia does.
The Turf Care Program is five visits a season, each one timed to what your specific lawn needs — not a generic calendar written for a different climate. Weed control, insect control, lime, and nutrition all ride along in the same visits.

What's Included
Pre-emergent crabgrass control — Applied before spring green-up, timed to Middle Tennessee soil temperatures, not a calendar date.
Weed & insect control — Broadleaf weed control and insect control included in every regular visit, not billed as add-ons.
Lime application — Our limestone-derived soil runs alkaline in spots — lime keeps pH in the range your grass actually wants.
Seasonal nutrition — Nitrogen and micronutrients timed to fescue’s cool-season growth or bermuda/zoysia’s summer push, whichever you have.
